This is not a classic case. Rather, we want to give an overview of the variety and range of projects we have realized for and with Bosch Home Austria.
Since 2019, we have been supporting the leading supplier of household appliances, Bosch Home, in strategic consulting and content realization in the digital ecosystem – with the goal of increasing brand visibility and engagement. With a holistically conceived omnichannel strategy including social commerce, community building and community management, we have set the direction for modern brand building.
A strong connection to consumers requires a well-planned content strategy that provides users with appealing and entertaining content with added value on the one hand, and an interactive exchange with the community on the other. Only then direct, digital sales can succeed – a challenge we took on in a first step of the collaboration, before our ideas were also in demand for the opening of further stores and the product launch of Cookit.
To activate the community, compelling and interactive content was developed that not only inspires enthusiasm for the brand and products, but also boosts direct sales. Focus campaigns such as a testimonial campaign, which accompanied the launch of the Cookit on the Austrian market with a wide reach, provide the extra spark. Or for the launch of the new product category "Refurbished", on the occasion of which we were able to support with creative conception, design, copywriting, UX optimization, campaign conception, etc.
With the conception of a cross-channel social media strategy, the digital brand presence was strengthened and further developed, but above all visibility and engagement were sustainably increased.
