Frischhut is a leading manufacturer of high-quality fittings for water supply as well as customized cast products - after a rebranding, a new, informative and functional website was needed that fits like a glove and further promotes the company's market position in Europe.
One of the biggest challenges was to present the complex product structure in a clear way and to present the products in a way that takes different approaches into account. Moreover, individual requirements of the various target groups - from customers, tenderers and technicians to political players and other stakeholders - had to be met. It was also important to simplify the process of making contact and to have a modern CMS that could be easily maintained and managed by the Frischhut team.
Products and user journeys were clearly structured, product features and requirements were precisely defined in the conception phase, and product detail pages were redesigned. Various functions, such as downloading product instructions, copying tender texts, filter options and sorting by application, make navigation easier for users. Overall, a clear product portfolio has been created that provides all relevant information for the target groups.
The website has a sophisticated contact form that allows you to pre-select the contact person and the topic of the request. It is also possible to make direct contact or filter contacts according to departments such as HR, sales or technology.
Webflow has replaced TYPO3 as the system of choice. In addition to performance, it also guarantees the freedom to manage and create content independently and to design entire landing pages. Webflow also opens up numerous expansion options for the future. The entire content was restructured, which not only improved the availability of information for users, but also boosted the SEO ranking.
The relaunch also created a solid foundation for employer branding to position Frischhut as an attractive employer and support the search for new employees.
