A website with 200 years of history

About the Case

The internationally active Semperit Group produces highly specialized polymer products. The company can look back on a long history of success, which was to be highlighted this year on the occasion of its 200th anniversary. However, a classic timeline was not enough for Semperit: a CMS solution needed to be found in which the company's history and milestones could be presented clearly, while content produced throughout the anniversary year could also be incorporated into the success story. The result: a Webflow microsite that integrates smoothly into the Group website in a modern interpretation of the Semperit corporate design.


The particular challenge with this project was the timeframe: the modern, dynamic site had to be up and running within three months. In order to work as quickly and efficiently as possible during implementation, but also to be able to meet the dynamic and modular requirements of the website, we chose Webflow as the CMS. Thanks to the close collaboration with the project team at Semperit and the supporting PR agency Metrum Communications, we were able to meet the high demands placed on the anniversary website.


With the implementation in Webflow, we were able to create a modular, bilingually localized microsite with a magazine character for Semperit, on which users could discover the most important content just in time for the launch. With the help of animations, stories come to life and draw people in with an intuitive reading flow. Ongoing content updates are also user-friendly thanks to options for easily integrating additional topics and content. The result is 200 years of history - in a vivid magazine.
